采用现场试验与实验室测试相结合的方法,选用脂肪、酸、醇、酯和胺及非离子表面活性剂等为原料,设计、试验了数十个配方,选出适用于镀黄铜钢丝帘线拉拔加工用CS-35型无油合成型润滑剂。测定了润滑剂的摩擦特性、成品丝材与橡胶的粘合特性、抗蚀性及稳定性等。生产使用表明,采用CS-35型润滑剂,可成倍降低模子消耗;拉制的丝材表面清洁油污少,能提高丝材与橡胶的粘合能力;抗蚀性佳、乳液稳定、消泡性优、表面张力低等,能满足高速拉丝机使用要求,其各项性能指标与日本同类产品相仿,具有较高的经济效益。该润滑剂也可适用于黄铜细丝和薄壁管材柱拔加工及铜箔轧制等。
Using the combination of field test and laboratory test, dozens of formulations were designed and tested with the choice of fat, acid, alcohol, ester, amine and nonionic surfactant as raw materials, CS-35 oil-free synthetic lubricant for wire drawing. The lubricant can also be applied to the brass filament and thin-walled pipe stripping processing and copper foil rolling.
