天津教育第七期发表了一区中心霍瑞鸿同志「改进中的五年级丙班」一文,我读完了觉得霍同志在作「课堂秩序很乱,上课铃响过五分钟,还不能安静下来……」这样一班的班任,虽然起初「向行政提出不愿教这一班」「后经行政的鼓励与帮助」而坚定了信心。「尽自己最大能力来对待工作」并且钻研出许多方式方法而渐渐「在讲课当中能作到有秩序的提问题,绝大参数同学能安心听讲」。这一种钻研业务,努力工作,为人民教育事业服务的精神,是值得我们学习的。但在具体方法方面,我觉得有不太恰当的地方,愿提出与大家研究:
