作为青岛落实“一带一路”国家战略、开发21世纪海上丝绸之路休闲体育发展带的重要举措,201 5青岛国际帆船周·海洋节推出6大板块、30余项精品活动,实现了竞赛活动组织和市民关注度、社会影响力两大提升;体现了海洋文化、对外开放、赛事活动三大品牌价值;在赛事品质、承载国家外交战略、休闲体育产业、帆船普及、品牌宣传实现五项“新常态”;“帆船之都”国际化氛围更加浓郁,宣传叠加效应更加突出,帆船产业链条更加完善,帆船普及面更广,社会参与度和安全重视程度更高。
