目的:探讨逆转录-聚合酶链庄应(RT-PCR)检测汉坦病毒(Hantaviru,HV)感染的准确性和敏感性。方法:以陈株汉坦病毒感染培养的Vero-E6细胞和小鼠乳鼠,用RT-PCR和免疫荧光(immunofluorescence,IF)的方法分别予以检测。结果:RT-PCR和IF对病毒感染细胞的检测结果均为阳性,8只接种病毒的乳鼠肺组织RP-PCR检测均为阳性,而免疫荧光检测仅5例阳性。结论:RT-PCR是一种比较准确的检测汉坦病毒感染的方法,其敏感性高于IF。
Objective: To investigate the accuracy and sensitivity of reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) in detection of Hantavirus infection. Methods: Vero-E6 cells and mouse suckling mice were infected with Chen Hantavirus and were detected by RT-PCR and immunofluorescence (IF). Results: RT-PCR and IF were all positive for virus-infected cells. RP-PCR in 8 out of 8 neonatal mice vaccinated with virus was positive, while only 5 cases were positive in immunofluorescence. Conclusion: RT-PCR is a more accurate method of detecting Hantavirus infection, its sensitivity is higher than that of IF.
