藕的味道

虽然我对藕情有独钟,但是对于它的做法总是不得要领,因而享受不到它的美味。我觉得它没有任何味道。炒着吃,炖排骨,都是脆脆的,但就是没有味道。白菜有白菜的味道,萝卜有萝卜的味道,更不用说大葱和韭菜的味道,吃过之后,嘴里出口气,旁边的人都闻得到,甚至令人生厌作呕。可唯独这藕真是个奇葩,居然没有自己的味道,我百思不得其解。有一日忽然顿悟,莫不是它处在淤泥太久了,太深了,若是有特殊的味道,便会招来水里的鱼虾 Although I have a soft spot for lotus root, I can not enjoy the deliciousness of it because I always can not get it.
