为了获得椭圆回转面凸凹模数字化配对加工所需的数据,给出了从曲面的数字化数据采集、镜象对称处理、加工数据的产生到数控指令的生成等一系列数据处理方法.加工结果表明该方法可行。
In order to obtain the data required for the digitizing processing of the oval rotary surface punch and die, a series of data processing methods are given, such as digital data acquisition, mirror symmetry processing, machining data generation and numerical command generation. Processing results show that the method is feasible.
