我所任教的班级有69名学生,在这样的大班额教学中我遭遇了各种各样的困难:怎样有效进行课堂教学,如何提高全体学生的学习兴趣,如何在大班额背景下处理好全体与个体共同发展的关系?通过这几年的教学实践,我积累了一些自己的经验,与同仁们共勉。一、师生对换角色,教师重拾轻松《义务教育数学课程标准》指出:教学活动是师生积极参与、交往互动、共同发展的过程,有效的教学活动是学生学与教师教的统一,学生是学习的主体,教师是学习的组织者、引导者与合作
