PP-R(无规共聚聚丙烯)因具有均衡的力学性能和良好的综合性能,在建筑给排水系统中得到了广泛应用,成为近年通用聚烯烃材料研究的热点。但PP-R管存在高温热膨胀系数大、缺口冲击强度不够高、耐候性差等缺点。笔者在阐述PP-R管特性的同时,结合其在建筑给排水应用中存在的问题,综述了物理法解决措施和化学改性研究。
PP-R (Random Copolymerized Polypropylene) has been widely used in building water supply and drainage system due to its balanced mechanical properties and good comprehensive properties. It has become a hotspot in recent years. But PP-R pipe exists high temperature coefficient of thermal expansion, notched impact strength is not high enough, poor weather resistance and other shortcomings. In the meantime, the author expounds the characteristics of PP-R pipe, at the same time, combined with its problems in the application of building water supply and drainage, reviews the physical measures and chemical modification research.
