福建省漳平市是个农业山区市,农业人口近20万,2010年10月新农保试点工作启动以来,漳平市委、市政府高度重视,积极采取有效措施,四轮驱动合力推进工作顺利开展。截至2011年9月30日,该市16～59周岁农村居民参保缴费人数107978人,参保率96.48%;第二轮续保82672人,续保率为92.19%,提前一年超额完成龙岩市下达的第二轮续保目标任务;
Zhangping City, Fujian Province, is an agricultural mountainous area with an agricultural population of nearly 200,000.
