采用分光光度计和SPAD仪分别测定35个海岛棉品种盛花期功能叶叶绿素各成分含量(叶绿素a、b和类胡萝卜素含量分别表示为C_a、C_b、C_(xc))、总叶绿素含量(C_T)和SPAD值,并进行比较,分析其关系和变化规律。结果显示:(1)35个海岛棉品种开花盛期叶片SPAD值间与叶绿素含量各指标间有极显著差异,新海3号的C_a、C_b、C_T最高,新海18号的为最低;新海8号SPAD值最高,新海41号SPAD值最低;新海31号的C_(x.c)含量最高,新海18号最低。(2)海岛棉功能叶片的SPAD值与C_a、C_b和C_T之间具有显著的正相关,C_a、C_b与C_T间极显著相关,相关系数分别为0.931、0.990及0.972,C_(xc)与其他指标均无显著相关。(3)依据SPAD值与叶绿素含量各指标进行聚类,35个海岛棉品种分为5类,新海8号C_a、C_b、C_T及SPAD值最高。
The contents of chlorophyll in all 35 island cotton varieties were measured by spectrophotometer and SPAD (content of chlorophyll a, b and carotenoid were C_a, C_b, C_ (xc)), total chlorophyll content (C_T ) And SPAD values, and compared to analyze the relationship and changes in law.
