通过溴蒸气的吸附,聚苯乙炔(PPA)的电导率比吸溴前提高近12个数量级.采用固体紫外光谱、X光电子能谱研究了溴与PPA之间的p-π共轭效应,探讨了掺溴PPA的导电机理.研究表明,PPA掺溴产生了溴负离子和电子转移复合物,促使导电率提高.实验证明压力作用的增大有利于增强溴与PPA之间的共轭作用,温度升高导致掺溴PPA中p-π共轭结构减少,导致电导率降低.
By bromine vapor adsorption, the conductivity of polyphenylene vinylene (PPA) is increased by nearly 12 orders of magnitude compared with that before bromine absorption.The p-π conjugation between bromine and PPA was studied by solid state ultraviolet spectroscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy The conductivity mechanism of brominated PPA was studied.The results showed that the bromination of PPA generated bromine anion and electron transfer complex to promote the conductivity.The experimental results show that the increase of pressure is beneficial to enhance the conjugation between bromine and PPA.The temperature Increasing leads to a decrease in the p-π-conjugated structure in the brominated PPA, leading to a decrease in electrical conductivity.
