博物馆专职讲解员作为由专家、专职讲解员、志愿者组成的博物馆讲解工作团队当中的主体,肩负博物馆传播历史、文化、科学知识的重要任务。但在实际工作中由于各种原因,专职讲解员适岗后缺乏学习,业务能力停滞不前,影响了博物馆的整体形象。本文针对这一现象,就专职讲解员上岗后再培训工作的重要性及培训方法进行探讨。
The full-time interpreter in the museum, as the main body of the working team composed of experts, full-time instructors and volunteers, shoulders the important task of the museum in disseminating historical, cultural and scientific knowledge. However, in actual work, due to various reasons, full-time instructors lack the ability to learn after taking up positions and their business capabilities have stagnated, affecting the overall image of the museum. In view of this phenomenon, this article discusses the importance of training work after full-time on-the-job announcements and training methods.
