现代教育教学的过程中,总强调着非智力因素的重要性。非智力因素,是指智力以外的对学习活动起着启动、导向、维持和强化作用的个性心理。许多心理学家和学者认为这些个性心理虽不直接参与认知过程,但在整个过程中却起到了举足轻重的作用,因此越来越多的教育工作者试图开发一套激发学生学习动机的教育方法,其目的在于最大限度地调动学生学习的积极性,让他们的智力得到最充分的发挥。笔者在这几年的教育工作中也总结了一些经验,教育者对学生的三观都有着深远的影响,而机械的管制与束缚并不能改
In the process of modern education and teaching, the importance of non-intellectual factors has always been emphasized. The non-intelligence factor refers to the personality psychology that plays a role in initiating, leading, maintaining, and strengthening learning activities other than intelligence. Many psychologists and scholars believe that although these individual psychology do not directly participate in the cognitive process, they play a decisive role in the entire process. Therefore, more and more educators try to develop an educational method to stimulate students’ learning motivation. The purpose is to mobilize the enthusiasm of students to learn as much as possible so that their intelligence can be fully utilized. The author has also summed up some experiences in the education work of the past few years. The educator has a profound influence on the three views of the students, and the mechanical control and restraint cannot be changed.
