对核桃果实成熟过程中呼吸速率 ,乙烯释放量和内源激素IAA (吲哚乙酸 )、ABA (脱落酸 )、GA3(赤霉素 )、ZR (玉米素核苷 )、Z (玉米素 )含量的变化进行了测定。结果表明 ,除种仁中Z含量较高外 ,青皮中其它激素水平均高于种仁。随着果实的成熟 ,IAA、GA3、Z、ZR含量及乙烯释放量均呈下降趋势 ;而青皮中ABA含量则逐渐增加。果实成熟后青皮中GA3和种仁中Z含量明显增长 ,果实乙烯释放量明显增高 ,而采后果实的乙烯释放量增加更为迅速。呼吸速率与乙烯释放量变化基本相同。采后用乙烯利处理的果实呼吸速率增加明显。对核桃果实的呼吸跃变类型进行了讨论。
The effects of respiration rate, ethylene emission and endogenous hormones IAA, ABA, GA3, ZR and Z (zeatin) on the fruit ripening of walnut were studied. The changes were measured. The results showed that except for the high content of Z in seed kernels, the levels of other hormones in green peel were higher than those in seed kernels. The contents of IAA, GA3, Z and ZR and the release of ethylene decreased with the ripening of fruit, while the content of ABA in the green skin increased gradually. After ripening, the content of Z in seeds and the content of Z in seeds increased obviously, the ethylene content in fruits increased obviously, but the ethylene content in fruits increased more rapidly. Respiration rate and ethylene release changes are basically the same. Postharvest ethephon treatment significantly increased the respiration rate. Breathing changes in walnut fruit are discussed.
