目的:探讨红芪多糖在2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗中的防治效果及作用机制。方法:取50只wistar大鼠,随机选取10只作为空白对照,其余40只一次性注射链脲佐菌素(STZ)30mg/kg,并饲以高脂高糖饲料6周制作2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗模型。6周后选取空腹血糖≥11.1mmol/L的大鼠随机分为模型组、红芪多糖组、二甲双胍组。各组分别灌服生理盐水、红芪多糖、二甲双胍1月。1月后取血清测空腹胰岛素、空腹血糖、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)的含量,并计算胰岛素敏感指数(ISI)。结果:与模型组相比,红芪多糖能显著降低2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗大鼠空腹血糖(P<0.05)。红芪多糖能调节2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗大鼠的血脂紊乱,降低血清总胆固醇(P<0.05)和甘油三酯(P<0.05),提高了高密度脂蛋白的含量(P<0.05),提高了胰岛素的敏感指数。结论:红芪多糖对2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗大鼠有降低血糖、调节血脂紊乱的作用,并改善了胰岛素敏感指数,从而对2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗具有一定的防治作用。
Objective: To investigate the prevention and treatment effect of Hedysari Polysaccharides in type 2 diabetic insulin resistance and its mechanism. Methods: Fifty wistar rats were randomly divided into control group (n = 10), and the other 40 rats were given streptozotocin (STZ) 30mg / kg once a day for 6 weeks to produce type 2 diabetic insulin Resistance model. Six weeks later, rats with fasting blood glucose≥11.1mmol / L were randomly divided into model group, Radix Hedysari group and metformin group. Each group were fed with saline, Radix Hedysari, metformin January. Results: Compared with the model group, Hsree polysaccharide can significantly reduce fasting blood glucose in type 2 diabetic rats with insulin resistance (P <0.05). Hedysari polysaccharide can regulate the blood lipid disorder, reduce the serum total cholesterol (P <0.05) and triglyceride (P <0.05), increase the content of high density lipoprotein (P <0.05) The insulin sensitivity index. Conclusion: Hedysari polysaccharide can reduce blood glucose and regulate dyslipidemia in type 2 diabetic rats with insulin resistance and improve the insulin sensitivity index, which may have some preventive and therapeutic effects on type 2 diabetes insulin resistance.
