对ACPDP的基本单元在放电时的物理过程进行了探讨 ,指出PDP放电单元可划分为擦除、书写和维持放电。研究分析了ACPDP在工作时任一子场中施加在X电极、Y电极和A电极上的电压波形与放电室壁电荷的对应关系 ,对各电极上的电压给予了一定的物理意义。最后讨论了目前PDP板亟待攻克的关键技术。
The physical process of the basic unit of ACPDP during discharging is discussed, and it is pointed out that the PDP discharge unit can be divided into erasing, writing and sustaining discharge. The corresponding relationship between the voltage waveform applied to the X electrode, the Y electrode and the A electrode and the wall charge of the discharge chamber during ACPDP operation in any subfield is given and analyzed, giving a certain physical meaning to the voltage on each electrode. Finally, it discusses the key technology that the PDP board needs to overcome urgently.
