本实验研究了国产阿克拉霉素A对小鼠S180、人癌 Hela细胞生长的影响及作用方式;对小鼠Lewis肺癌转移的抑制作用。结果表明该药对肿瘤细胞生长、转移有明显抑制作用,并是以抑制肿瘤细胞RNA合成为主发挥作用的。在低浓度时是时间依存型,高浓度时是浓度依存型,显示了与阿霉素不同的生物学作用特性。作用强度和进口阿克拉霉素A相同。
This experiment studied the domestic aclacinomycin A on mouse S180, human Hela cell growth and the mode of action; Lewis lung cancer metastasis in mice. The results show that the drug has a significant inhibitory effect on the growth and metastasis of tumor cells and plays an important role in inhibiting the synthesis of RNA in tumor cells. It is time-dependent at low concentrations and concentration-dependent at high concentrations, indicating different biological effects from doxorubicin. Intensity and import aclacinomycin A the same.
