对玉米不同层次的叶片进行电镜观察和叶绿素含量测定,结果发现:叶绿体的光合膜系随叶位上升而愈加发达和增高,直至果穗叶达到顶峰的趋势。邻近果穗叶的叶片中的叶绿体,也具有较为发达的基粒和基质类囊体膜。而着生部位最高的顶生叶,其叶绿体中的光合膜系却不及果穗叶和邻近果穗叶的发达。但顶生叶中维管束鞘细胞的叶绿体内充满淀粉粒的程度却和果穗叶接近,都较其它叶片为丰富。在所测的3个不同层次叶片中的叶绿素含量,以果穗叶为最高,其次是顶生叶,第5叶最低。但其叶绿素 a/b 值却是果穗叶最低,顶生叶居中,第5叶最高。这从生长发育的角度与小麦相同,但其功能叶的着生部位却有中部和顶端之别。
The results showed that the photosynthetic membrane of chloroplasts was more developed and increased with the leaf position increasing until the ear leaves reached its peak. The chloroplasts in the leaves adjacent to the ear leaves also have more developed basal and basal thylakoid membranes. The highest part of the top students with leaves, the chloroplast in the photosynthetic membrane is less than the ear and adjacent ear leaves developed. However, the amount of starch granules filled in the chloroplast of bundle sheath cells in the top leaves was similar to that of the ear leaves, which was more abundant than other leaves. The chlorophyll content in the leaves of three different layers tested was the highest in leaves of the ear, followed by the top leaf and the lowest in the fifth leaf. However, the value of chlorophyll a / b was the lowest in ear leaf, the top leaf in leaf middle and the highest in leaf 5. This is the same from the perspective of the growth and development of wheat, but the function of the leaf parts of the birth there is the difference between the middle and the top.
