用化学共沉淀法制备ITO粉体。制备过程中,分别将NH_4Cl-NH_3H_2O、(NH_4)_2SO_4-NH_3H_2O和NH_4AC溶液作为缓冲溶液,保持反应过程中pH值基本不变。采用可溶性淀粉、PVP、十二烷基磺酸钠作为分散剂。借助XRD、TEM、BET及四探针电阻仪,研究缓冲溶液和分散剂对制得粉体的物相、形貌、分散性及导电性能的影响。结果表明:采用缓冲溶液制备出的粉体为单相In_2O_3粉体。采用NH_4AC作为缓冲溶液,用淀粉作为分散剂,当pH值为6~7时,所制粉体的粒径在10 nm左右,颗粒为立方体形,粒度均匀,分散性能好,电阻率相对较低。
Preparation of ITO powder by chemical coprecipitation method. During the preparation process, the NH_4Cl-NH_3H_2O, (NH_4) _2SO_4-NH_3H_2O and NH_4AC solution were used as the buffer solution respectively, and the pH value was kept unchanged during the reaction. Soluble starch, PVP and sodium dodecyl sulfate were used as dispersants. The influence of buffer solution and dispersant on the phase, morphology, dispersivity and conductivity of the obtained powders were investigated by means of XRD, TEM, BET and four-probe resistance meter. The results show that the powder prepared by using buffer solution is single phase In_2O_3 powder. NH_4AC was used as the buffer solution and starch was used as the dispersant. When the pH value was 6 ~ 7, the particle size of the prepared powder was about 10 nm, the particles were cubic, the particle size was uniform, the dispersibility was good and the resistivity was relatively low .
