研制了新型复合杂多酸纳米粒子H3 PW1 2 O40 SiO2 ,并用于催化合成双酚A ;用IR、XRD、TEM等研究了它的结构形态 ,考察了原料配比、反应时间、反应温度、催化剂用量等对催化性能的影响 .实验结果表明 ,使用溶胶凝胶法得到的纳米复合杂多酸催化剂 ,双酚A单程收率达到 6 5 .5 % .
A new type of heteropoly acid nanoparticle H3 PW1 2 O40 SiO2 was synthesized and used to catalyze the synthesis of bisphenol A. The structure of the complex was studied by IR, XRD and TEM. The effects of the ratio of raw materials, reaction time, reaction temperature, catalyst Dosage, etc. on the catalytic performance.The experimental results show that the single-pass yield of bisphenol A reaches 65.5% with the nano-composite heteropolyacid catalyst obtained by the sol-gel method.
