苏联伏尔加汽车生产联合体研制出一种能有效地加工斜面的双刃铣刀结构(见附图),其切削刀片上的倾角是能改变的,并可在一定范围内进行调节。实际使用表明,该铣刀能使刀片上的前角γ更趋合理。使用前,只要先将切削刀片3安置成所需的角度α,然后用螺钉2将刀片可靠地固定在本体1上。α角可用量角器进行检验。采用不同结构可使刀片能快速更换。刀片的倾角可以在机床上进行调节,也可在机外调节。
The Soviet Union Volga Automobile Production Consortium has developed a double-edged milling cutter that can effectively process bevels (see attached drawings). The inclinations on the cutting inserts are changeable and adjustable to a limited extent. Practical use shows that the milling cutter can make the rake angle γ on the blade more reasonable. Before use, the cutting insert 3 is first placed at the desired angle α, and then the screw 2 is used to secure the insert to the body 1. α angle can be used to test protractor. Different structure allows the blade can be quickly replaced. Blade inclination can be adjusted on the machine, but also outside the machine regulation.
