夏季肝脏易受损的原因主要是肝脏负担过重。夏天大量出汗容易引起体内水和电解质的丢失,且消耗大量的生命能源,从而影响肝内血流、能源供应,以致损伤肝组织。再加上夏季昼长夜短而睡眠不足,这样就会引起肝脏血流相对不足,影响肝脏细胞的营养滋润,导致机体抵抗力下降。那么,夏季应该如何保护肝脏健康呢?
The main cause of summer liver damage is the liver overburdened. A large number of summer sweat easily lead to the loss of water and electrolyte in the body, and consume a large amount of life energy, thus affecting intrahepatic blood flow, energy supply, resulting in damage to liver tissue. Coupled with short days in summer and lack of sleep in the night, this will cause the relative lack of blood flow in the liver, affecting the nutritional nourishment of liver cells, leading to decreased body resistance.
