目的:观察运动、利骨素和药物(尼尔雌醇,CCE3)预防去卵巢大鼠骨矿物元素代谢失衡的协同作用。方法:将健康4月龄雌性SD大鼠30只随机分成5组:假去卵巢组(A)、去卵巢组(B)、去卵巢+CCE3(全量)组(C)、去卵巢+CCE3(半量)+利骨素组(D)和去卵巢+CCE3(半量)+利骨素+运动组(E)。CCE3全量按0.6ml/100g体重灌胃,利骨素混悬液按3.0ml/kg体重灌胃,运动用大鼠专用跑台中等强度,即每天连续匀速跑45min,16m/min,跑道倾角0°,持续10周。采用IRIS/AP等离子体发射光谱仪测定各组大鼠骨矿物元素含量。结果:B组大鼠骨Ca、S、Mg、Mn、Zn含量显著低于A组(P<0.05)。C组、D组和E组大鼠骨Ca、S、Mg、Mn、Zn含量显著高于B组(P<0.05),C组和E组骨P含量显著低于B组(P<0.05)。E组大鼠骨Ca、S、Mg、Co、Mn含量显著高于C组和D组(P<0.05)。结论:运动、利骨素和CCE3对预防去卵巢大鼠骨矿物元素代谢失衡有协同作用。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the synergistic effect of exercise, glucagon and drug (nilestriol, CCE3) in prevention of bone mineral element metabolism imbalance in ovariectomized rats. Methods: Thirty healthy 4-month-old female Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into 5 groups: sham ovariectomized group (A), ovariectomized group (C), ovariectomized + CCE3 Half dose) + glucagon group (D) and ovariectomized + CCE3 (half amount) + riboside + exercise group (E). CCE3 by 0.6ml / 100g body weight, gonadotrophin suspension by 3.0ml / kg body weight gavage, exercise treadmill treadmill moderate intensity, that is continuous daily uniform speed 45min, 16m / min, runway dip 0 ° for 10 weeks. IRIS / AP plasma emission spectrometer was used to determine the content of bone mineral elements in each group. Results: The contents of Ca, S, Mg, Mn and Zn in B group were significantly lower than those in A group (P <0.05). The content of Ca, S, Mg, Mn, Zn in group C, group D and group E was significantly higher than that in group B (P <0.05). The content of bone P in group C and group E was significantly lower than that in group B (P <0.05) . The contents of Ca, S, Mg, Co and Mn in group E were significantly higher than those in groups C and D (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: Exercise, glucocorticoid and CCE3 have synergistic effects on prevention of bone mineral element metabolism imbalance in ovariectomized rats.
