一、前言在加热炉、均热炉、退火炉以及锅炉的炉膛内壁涂复了一种高辐射涂料后,亦可以使炉温升高迅速而均匀,提高热能的有效利用率。我们已研制成功一种HK—6高温高辐射涂料,它在中、高温加热炉节能技术中可以发挥有效的作用。二、涂料的配制与使用方法 1.涂料配制 HK—6涂料由无机粘结剂和填料组成。填料是多种经预处理过的金属氧化物和碳化物,按一定比例,经球密、混和即成浆状涂料。 2.使用方法 (1) 本涂料可以直接使用,不需另行调配。假如发现填料下沉,则需搅拌均匀后再加涂。
