锰对机体来说是一种非常重要的微量金属元素,而在职业环境中,某些接触锰作业的工人,还可能导致急性或慢性锰中毒,并诱发严重的、不可逆的精神和锥体外系运动功能障碍,出现帕金森综合征的临床表现。锰的神经毒性机制尚不明确,目前多从对多巴胺转运的影响,线粒体功能障碍,氧化应激,神经递质传输和炎症反应等角度进行探索。本文就锰神经毒性机制的研究进展作一综述。

The mechanism of neurotoxicity of manganese is unclear. At present, many studies are conducted on the effects of dopamine transport, mitochondrial dysfunction, oxidative stress, neurotransmitter transmission and inflammatory response. This article reviews the progress of research on the mechanism of manganese neurotoxicity.
