目的:提高医院处方质量,促进临床合理用药。方法:以《处方管理办法》为依据,随机抽取我院2009年1月—2011年12月每月门诊处方500张共计18 000张,填写处方点评工作表,处方书写质量,不合理用药情况进行点评。结果:处方书写不合格率从2009年的11.3%降至2011年的2.5%,不合理用药率从2009年的10.1%降至2011年的5.8%。结论:提高合理用药意识和技术素质,确保患者用药安全。 Objective: To improve the quality of hospital prescriptions and promote clinical rational use of drugs. Methods: Based on the “prescription management approach”, we randomly selected 500 outpatient prescriptions each month in our hospital from January 2009 to December 2011 for a total of 18 000 pieces. We filled in the questionnaire of prescription reviews, the quality of prescription writing and irrational drug use Comments.
