对急诊室实施护理流程再造的目标是提高急诊室抢救成功率及护理工作服务质量,使患者更加满意。进行护理流程再造研究的主要手段是实行护理服务流程再造,观察记录流程再造前后患者的抢救成功率、有效抢救时间和患者对急诊护理的满意程度。通过分析护理流程再造在急诊室的实施效果,发现在急诊室实行护理流程再造以后,急诊室的护理行为更加规范和程序化,护理人员服务质量明显提高,患者抢救成功率增大,更重要的是人们对于护理工作的信任度和满意度显著增大。
The goal of reengineering the emergency department is to improve the success rate of emergency department rescue and the quality of nursing service so as to make patients more satisfied. The main means to carry out nursing process reengineering is to implement the reengineering of nursing service, to observe the success rate of patients’ rescuing before and after the record process rebuild, the effective rescuing time and patient’s satisfaction with emergency nursing. Through analyzing the implementation effect of nursing process reengineering in emergency department, it was found that the emergency department nursing behavior was more standardized and programmed after the rehabilitated nursing process in emergency department. The service quality of nursing staff was obviously improved, the success rate of patient rescuing increased, and more important It is a significant increase in people’s trust and satisfaction with nursing work.
