我厂是国家铁路工业系统的大型企业,到目前为止拥有各类设备4259台,重点、大型、精密设备共304台。这些设备种类繁多,结构千差万别,油质劣化与故障机理十分复杂。针对我厂设备构成的特点,确定了以油液监测与诊断技术为主,结合设备管理现代化方法,开展了油质状态监测的研究和应用工作,经过两年多的努力,形成了一套比较完整的油液监测与诊断系统。 一、运用ABC管理法确定影响设备润滑状态的主要因素
