采用铸造仿真模拟软件ProCAST预测金属型重力铸造2A14铝合金连杆拉伸试样表面裂纹的可能形成位置,并与实验结果进行分析对比。根据模拟结果优选了实际金属型重力铸造2A14铝合金的工艺参数,通过降低铝合金的浇注温度、提高模具预热温度以及控制铸件留模时间等方法,可以有效地减少铸件的表面裂纹。优选参数为:铝合金浇注温度680℃,模具预热温度300℃,铸件留模时间控制在180 s。
Casting simulation software ProCAST was used to predict the possible formation position of the surface cracks on the 2A14 aluminum alloy rod with metal gravity casting, and the results were compared with the experimental results. According to the simulation results, the process parameters of actual metal gravity casting 2A14 aluminum alloy are optimized, and the surface cracks of the casting can be effectively reduced by reducing the pouring temperature of the aluminum alloy, increasing the preheating temperature of the mold and controlling the mold retention time. The preferred parameters are: aluminum alloy pouring temperature of 680 ℃, mold preheating temperature of 300 ℃, casting mold holding time controlled at 180s.
