同辈效应(Cohort effect),是指具有相似经历和生活感知的个体在共同学习中参与合作与竞争,其目的是为了“弱者变强,强者更强”。该效应运用于英语教学,可以让学生取长补短,在相互比较的过程中激活自身潜能。教师要依据学生的认知需要和行为特点活用同辈效应,使学生在参照同伴学习模式中主动修正自己对于问题的错误见解,增强学习信心,为构建高效英语课堂奠定基础。一、找伙伴,协作共进朋友之间关系较为牢靠,有利于学生在学习过程中彼此协作。教师要帮助学生寻找各自的学习同伴,使他们在各自的认知心理和互动交流安全防线内合作。引导学生放松紧张
Cohort effect means that individuals with similar experiences and life perceptions participate in cooperation and competition in joint learning in order to “weaken stronger and stronger”. This effect, applied to English teaching, allows students to learn from each other’s strengths and activate their potential in the process of comparison with each other. Teachers should make use of the peer effect according to the students’ cognitive needs and behavior characteristics so that students take the initiative to correct their mistaken views on the problems in the reference companion learning model to enhance their confidence in learning and lay the foundation for the construction of efficient English classes.
