采用美国PE公司的ICP-AES,分析仪分析了气化炉进料渣油和炉渣中的金属元素含量,并用高温箱式电阻炉对刚玉砖进行了耐碱腐蚀模拟实验。结果表明,渣油中金属含量高及气化炉温度过高是气化炉结渣与堵塞的主要原因。
The content of metal elements in the feed residue and slag of the gasifier was analyzed by the ICP-AES of American PE Company. The corrosive alkali corrosion experiment of the corundum brick was carried out by the high temperature box type resistance furnace. The results show that the high content of metal in the residue and the high temperature of the gasifier are the main reasons for the slagging and clogging of the gasifier.
