ZL_3合金活塞只需铸态后人工时效,无须T_6处理。87年我厂曾发生过一炉次874只ZL_(3)合金活塞过时效,即在时效2小时后,因电器故障,0─300℃温度计的水银冲设项后失控,炉内温度升高、高温持续约30分钟。 出炉后活塞硬度为71—86HB,将打过硬度活塞再时效,硬度不变、即并非回归软化,而是过时效软化。为挽救该批活塞,作如下T_(6)等处理与分析:
