创新是企业发展的永恒动力。企业只有持续不断地创新,才能保持竞争中的优势地位,立于不败之地。创新的关键是人才,我国创新型企业普遍存在对人才培养重视不够、资金投入不足、方法不得当、人才选拔和培养制度不完善、忽视创新文化建设、创新人才流失等问题,影响了企业的长远发展。本文分析了创新型企业人才培养的方法、途径和需要解决的问题,并针对大型和中小型创新型企业的不同情况,从实际出发提出了具有针对性的解决方案。
