目的:了解银川地区(兴庆区、金凤区、西夏区)社区卫生服务站妇幼卫生人力资源的配置与利用状况,分析其对妇幼保健服务质量的影响因素,提出解决方法。方法:通过发放调查问卷对银川地区47个社区卫生服务站从事妇幼保健工作的81名人员进行调查,并进行统计学分析。结果:妇幼保健人员92.59%为兼职;年龄偏大,40~58岁占58.02%;学历大专以上72.84%;所学专业,以护理为主,妇幼专业仅占2.47%;职称偏低,初级和无职称占72.84%;从事妇幼保健工作年限,不足5年的占74.07%,人员流动性大,更换频繁,上岗前没有培训,缺乏全面、持续、合理的妇幼保健知识和技能。结论:社区卫生服务站妇幼保健工作人员配置不合理原因诸多,解决这一问题要从多方面考虑,政府要加大对社区妇幼卫生工作的财政投入,制定相关支持政策,要定岗定编定专业,长期稳定社区妇幼保健技术队伍。
Objective: To understand the allocation and utilization of maternal and child health human resources in community health service stations in Yinchuan (Xingqing, Jinfeng and Xixia) and to analyze its influential factors on the quality of maternal and child health services and to propose solutions. Methods: 81 questionnaires were collected from 81 community health service stations in 47 community health service stations in Yinchuan, and statistical analysis was conducted. Results: 92.59% of maternal and child health workers were part-time; the older were 58.02% of those aged 40-58 years; 72.84% of them were educated college students; the major was nursing, accounting for only 2.47% of maternal and child majors; 72.84% of them have no job title; 74.07% have less than 5 years working experience in maternal and child health care; large staff turnover; frequent replacement; lack of training before appointment; lack of comprehensive, continuous and reasonable maternal and child health knowledge and skills. Conclusion: There are many reasons for the unreasonable allocation of maternal and child health workers in community health service stations. To solve this problem, from many aspects, the government should increase the financial investment in community maternal and child health and formulate relevant supportive policies, Long-term stable community MCH team.
