编辑同志:我是名老会计,2001年退休后被一家设计公司找去当主办会计,当时虽签了聘用协议,但没有涉及医疗、养老保险等待遇。近段时间,公司效益下滑,手头比较紧,领导就要我做假账以便少缴税,并允诺给我多发奖金。我觉得这样做不但损害了国家利益,而且弄不好自己也会被逮起来,因此回绝了。拒绝的后果我是知道的。果然没过几天,公司作出了辞退我的决定。我要求公司发给经济补偿金,并为我补交医疗和养老保险费。可公司说我是退休人员,已在原单位享受了医疗和养老保险待遇,无权利再次享受,也无权利要经济补偿金。请问,公司的说法有根据吗?读者:戴成好
