矿难、产品质量低劣和劳资纠纷等事件的发生,既引起了社会公众对于企业社会责任的广泛关注,也对企业竞争力产生了消极影响。本文基于社会责任理论与企业竞争力理论的分析,探讨企业责任竞争力的机理。实践表明,树立良好的企业形象、积极支持政府的工作、对供应商诚实守信、善待员工、保护环境和对弱势群体的善举等,已成为企业承担社会责任、提升企业竞争力的重要举措。
The occurrence of mining accidents, poor product quality and labor disputes have aroused widespread public concern over corporate social responsibility and negatively affected the competitiveness of enterprises. Based on the analysis of social responsibility theory and enterprise competitiveness theory, this paper explores the mechanism of corporate responsibility competitiveness. Practice shows that establishing a good corporate image, actively supporting government work, being honest and trustworthy with suppliers, treating employees, protecting the environment, and giving good deeds to disadvantaged groups have become important measures for enterprises to shoulder their social responsibilities and enhance their competitiveness.
