以含10%酪蛋白的饲料为对照,用SD大鼠对无腺体棉仁(GCK)和脱脂无腺体棉仁蛋白作了营养学评价。蛋白质效价(PER)试验表明,无论是受试大鼠的体重增长,还是饲料效价(FE),能量效价(CE)和PER,试验与对照间趋于一致。血液生化分析显示,试验与对照间三项蛋白质指标[血红蛋白(Hb)、血清总蛋白(STP)、血清白蛋白(SAb)]无统计学差异。氮平衡试验证明,GCK的消化率(DR)、生物价(BV)和氮平衡(NB)结果与对照亦无组间差异。结论:SD大鼠对含10%无腺体棉仁蛋白的利用与10%酪蛋白饲料的利用相仿.无营养学差异。
With 10% casein feed as a control, SD rats were evaluated for their non-glandular cotton kernel (GCK) and defatted gland-free gingival protein. The protein potency (PER) test showed that both the test rats and the control tended to be consistent in terms of body weight gain, feed intake (FE), energy titer (CE) and PER. Blood biochemical analysis showed that there was no significant difference in the three protein indexes [hemoglobin (Hb), total serum protein (STP), serum albumin (SAb)) between the test and the control. Nitrogen balance tests showed no differences in GCK digestibility (DR), BV, and nitrogen balance (NB) vs control. Conclusion: The use of 10% gut-free cotton bolls in SD rats is similar to the use of 10% casein feed. No difference in nutrition.
