[目的]研究中学生自我体重意识对膳食营养摄入的影响。[方法]以24h膳食回顾方法收集学生2d的膳食资料,同时以问卷收集学生自我体重意识相关信息。[结果]男生大部分营养素摄入显著高于女生;感觉偏胖的学生其能量、总脂肪、碳水化合物、维生素B1、烟酸、铁、锌的摄入量明显低于感觉偏瘦和感觉适中的学生;当学生对自身体重的满意程度依次从不满意、一般、到满意时,碳水化合物、膳食纤维、铁摄入量依次显著增高;打算减轻体重的学生其能量、蛋白质、总脂肪、碳水化合物、维生素B1、铁、锌均显著低于其他各组。[结论]应加强对中学生营养状况、体重的监测,并引导学生正确看待体重问题,避免盲目的体重控制和饮食限制。
[Objective] To study the influence of middle school students’ self-weight awareness on dietary intake. [Methods] The dietary data of 2-day-old students were collected by 24-hour dietary review. Meanwhile, questionnaires were used to collect information about self-weight awareness of students. [Results] The intake of most nutrients in boys was significantly higher than that in girls; the intake of energy, total fat, carbohydrates, vitamin B1, nicotinic acid, iron and zinc were obviously lower than those in girls who felt overweight Of students; when the students are not satisfied with their own body weight, followed by the general, to the satisfaction of carbohydrates, dietary fiber, iron intake in turn significantly increased; intend to reduce weight of students energy, protein, total fat, carbohydrates Compounds, vitamin B1, iron, zinc were significantly lower than the other groups. [Conclusion] The nutrition status and body weight of middle school students should be strengthened, and the students should be guided to correctly understand the weight problem and avoid blind weight control and diet restriction.
