本文分析了煤巷预紧力锚杆支护摩擦构造梁作用机理,提出煤巷预紧力锚杆支护设计新方法,推导出锚杆预紧力的计算公式,并由预紧力值确定锚杆直径和锚固力。本文还介绍了井下实际应用所取得的良好支护效果和技术经济效益,同时指出监测是保证锚杆工作可靠性、锚杆支护巷道稳定性和保障安全的重要手段。监测内容除锚固力、预紧力、围岩变形、围岩离层和围岩动态监测外,还包括杆体质量、锚固剂和锚杆施工质量。通过监测,一方面可以分析围岩动态,发现异常及时采取加强支护措施;另一方面能及时反馈信息,为修改设计提供科学依据。
This paper analyzes the action mechanism of prestressed anchor supporting friction beam in coal roadway, puts forward a new design method of prestressing bolt supporting in coal roadway, deduces the formula of bolt preloading, Anchor diameter and anchorage force.
