在我国大量的房屋建筑中,由于土地资源的有限和建筑结构功能及构造的需要,地下室的设置几乎遍布于各大中小区建筑和临街高层建筑中。而地下室挡土墙的设计又是地下室设计中必不可少的内容,但由于目前在地下室挡土墙的设计中存在着侧压力计算不准确、构造措施不完善的问题,从而使挡土墙正常工作时的侧压力大于计算侧压力,故常常引起地下室挡土墙开裂或配筋不足等安全隐患。对不同地下水作用下的挡土墙,如何采取合理的土压力计算方法和防排水构造措施是阐述的主要内容,以期使我们的地下室挡土墙设计更安全、合理。
