目的观察中药消痞灵冲剂对实验性大鼠胃癌前期病变超微结构的影响。方法在大鼠胃幽门环处插入一金属弹簧及每周分别灌喂２次１０％ＮａＣｌ溶液和６０℃－７０℃热糊的综合方法复制胃癌前期病变模型，应用消痞灵冲剂对其进行预防和治疗，在电镜下观察胃粘膜改变。结果病变组大鼠胃粘膜出现了胃癌前期病变，消痞灵冲剂对这种变化有预防和治疗作用。结论消痞灵冲剂对胃癌前期病变有防治作用
Objective To observe the effect of Xiaozhiling granules on the ultrastructure of precancerous lesions in experimental rats. Methods The gastric precancerous lesion model was created by inserting a metal spring at the stomach pyloric ring of the rat and injecting twice a week with 10% NaCl solution and 60°C-70°C hot paste respectively. The Xiaoganling granules were used for prevention. And treatment, under the electron microscope to observe changes in the gastric mucosa. Results The precancerous lesions of the gastric mucosa appeared in the lesioned rats. Xiaoyingling Granules had preventive and therapeutic effects on this change. Conclusion Xiaozhiling Granule has preventive and therapeutic effects on precancerous lesions of gastric cancer
