一、前言 城市燃气配气管道过去一直采用金属材料(钢、铸铁等)。聚乙烯管作为一种质轻强度好的耐腐蚀的新型材料,在国外已有完全取代金属配气管的趋势,这是因为PE管具有可挠性好、施工安装方便,使用寿命长等各类金属管所没有的独特优点。 国外采用塑料制造燃气输送管已有三十多年历史。以美国为例,1960年铺设PE燃气管1000km,占燃气管总铺设里程的0.1％,到1970年以后新铺设的燃气管90％是PE管。
I. INTRODUCTION Urban gas distribution pipelines used metal materials (steel, cast iron, etc.) in the past. As a new type of material with good lightness, strength and corrosion resistance, polyethylene pipe has completely replaced the metal gas distribution pipe in foreign countries. This is because PE pipe is flexible, easy to install, and has a long service life. Metal pipes do not have the unique advantages. It has been more than thirty years since foreign countries used plastics to manufacture gas pipelines. Taking the United States as an example, in 1960, 1,000 kilometers of PE gas pipes were laid, which accounted for 0.1% of the total mileage of gas pipes. After 1970, 90% of newly installed gas pipes were PE pipes.
