为探讨结核菌素(PPD)替代结明试剂用于结核病线索调查的可行性,1998年2～3月在同一人群中进行了两种试剂筛选结核病例的对比研究.1 材料与方法线索调查按照全国煤炭防痨协会推荐的方法进行.以有结核症状、有病史、与结核病人密切接触者以及矽肺、糖尿病患者和长期使用肾上腺皮质激素者为筛选对象,于1998年2月在肥城矿务局所属12个单位的全部职工和家属75127人中进行摸底登记,3月同时进行PPD皮内试验和结明试验,对阳性者拍胸片、痰检后由结防所诊断小组确诊.结明试剂(Mycodot~(Tm))由美国LyniCen公司生产,批号DBIHY,有效期1998年6月,试验严格按说明书进行.PPD(卡介苗纯蛋白衍生物)由北京高科生命科学技术开发公司生产,批号97060345,有效期1998年6月10日;0.1ml(5IU)皮内试验,72h观察结果,硬结平均直径≥5mm为阳性.2 结果
