公文是一种信息载体,它作为国家行政机关的一种重要的办事工具,在写作上具有一些特殊的要求。除了内容上要做到事实确凿、结构和格式上符合规范的体式外,语言表述也要准确、简要和庄重。而这些无不涉及到专用词语的运用问题。 一、专用词语的含义及其分类 公文中的专用词语,是指公文写作中经常使用且约定俗成的具有特定内涵和固定结构的词语。例如:“近查”、“兹因”、“拟请”、“当否”、“收悉”、“业已”、“特此通知”、“为要”、“为荷”,等等。这些专用词语大多是由历史上沿袭下来的文言词语组成的,具有庄重、典雅的风格,并能使语言简洁、凝炼,因此,在公文写作中运用频率极高,实用性极强。
