为了研究铝蜂窝材料在动态冲击载荷下的缓冲吸能的性能特征,根据冲击试验环境要求,设计了一种吸能铝蜂窝压缩冲击试验方法。先将铝蜂窝缓冲器与夹具吊篮下落到一定速度来模拟真实环境;然后给缓冲器施加要求的冲击载荷使铝蜂窝压缩吸能;最后将各个传感器采集的数据进行处理和计算,得到铝蜂窝压缩吸能的各项参数。为比较铝蜂窝材料在动态冲击和静力压缩下的力学特性提供客观依据,确定满足某缓冲器设计要求的铝蜂窝材料规格。
In order to study the performance characteristics of buffering energy absorption of aluminum honeycomb under dynamic impact load, a kind of aluminum honeycomb compression impact test method was designed according to the requirements of impact test environment. First, the aluminum honeycomb buffer and the jig hanging basket fall to a certain speed to simulate the real environment; and then impose the required impact load on the buffer to compress and absorb the aluminum honeycomb; finally, the data collected by each sensor is processed and calculated to obtain the aluminum honeycomb Compression energy absorption of the parameters.
