6月30日,首部系统研究中国区域人才竞争力的蓝皮书——《中国区域人才竞争力报告》在京发布。该报告建立了中国区域人才竞争力评价体系和模型,对中国四大经济板块(东部、中部、西部和东北)、八大综合经济区、31个省市区以及32个城市的人才竞争力状况逐一进行了评价。评价体系涵盖了各区域在人才数量、质量、结构、投入、平台、生活及环境、创新、贡献等方面的竞争力指标。
June 30, the first systematic study of China's regional talent competitiveness of the blue book - “China's regional competitiveness of talent,” released in Beijing. The report established China's regional talent competitiveness evaluation system and model, one of the competitiveness of talent in four major economic sectors (eastern, central, western and northeastern China), eight major integrated economic zones, 31 provinces and cities and 32 cities did an evaluation. The evaluation system covers the competitiveness indicators of each region in terms of quantity, quality, structure, input, platform, life and environment, innovation and contribution.
