光动力治疗是正在兴起的一种很有前途的治疗肿瘤的新技术。光敏剂是光动力治疗的关键。目前,纳米TiO2光敏剂光动力抗肿瘤的研究越来越受到关注。本文主要介绍了纳米TiO2光敏剂光动力抗肿瘤的机制及影响因素,为纳米TiO2光敏剂光动力抗肿瘤的深入研究奠定理论与实验基础。
Photodynamic therapy is a promising new technology in the treatment of cancer. Photosensitizers are the key to photodynamic therapy. At present, the research on the photodynamic anti-tumor of nano-TiO2 photosensitizer attracts more and more attention. In this paper, the mechanism of photodynamic anti-tumor of nano-TiO2 photosensitizer and its influencing factors are mainly introduced, laying a theoretical and experimental foundation for the further study of photodynamic anti-tumor of nano-TiO2 photosensitizer.
