当今医疗行业竞争激烈,从业人员压力巨大,尤其是临床一线的医护人员,患者对护理的需求日益提高,造成护士的负性情绪增多[1],影响临床护理工作的健康发展。笔者应用人际沟通分析学理论(transactional analysis,TA),通过调查某三甲医院700名临床护士自我状态的现状,分析不同群体临床护士自我状态的现状及影响因素,探索促进护士实现心理成长和提高人际沟通技能的有效措施。
Today’s highly competitive medical industry, practitioners, pressure, especially in the clinical frontline staff, the patient’s growing demand for care, resulting in increased negative emotions of nurses [1], affecting the healthy development of clinical nursing. By investigating the status quo of self-status of 700 clinical nurses in a top-level hospital, the author analyzes the status quo and influencing factors of self-status of clinical nurses in different groups by means of transactional analysis (TA), and explores ways to promote nurses to achieve psychological growth and improve interpersonal relationships Effective measures to communicate skills.
