针对多模战斗部中利用药型罩切割产生定向破片的技术,对一种典型的切割装置进行了试验研究,并采用LS-DYNA3D显示动力有限元程序,利用流固耦合算法对该物理过程进行了模拟仿真计算,模拟的结果和试验吻合得比较好。在此基础上进一步研究了切割装置的形状、切割丝截面的形状以及切割丝的厚度对切割效果和定向破片的发散角的影响。研究表明:对药型罩的中心部分进行切割产生的破片气动性不好,形状不均匀;破片的发散角随切割丝的厚度增大而增大,并得到了适合切割的截面形状,为多模战斗部的设计工作打下了基础。
