通过对苏州三家私立医院医患门诊沟通语料进行收集分析,基于面子理论研究了医生和患者在沟通中采取不同礼貌策略的话语数和所占比例。结果发现交际过程中医生和患者采取直接策略话语数最多,其次是积极礼貌策略,再次为消极礼貌策略。这一发现为促进良好的医患沟通方式、建立和谐的医患关系提供了指导意义。
Through the collection and analysis of the doctor-patient communication corpus in three private hospitals in Suzhou, the number of discourse and the proportion of doctors and patients who take different polite strategies in communication are studied based on the face-sub theory. The results showed that during the communication process, doctors and patients took the most direct discourse strategies, followed by positive politeness strategies and again negative politeness strategies. This finding provides the guiding significance for promoting good doctor-patient communication and establishing a harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
